Refund Policy

At TravelSage, customer satisfaction is a priority. However, due to the nature of our services—which involve third-party processing, appointments, and government interactions—refunds are governed by strict guidelines. Please read the following policy carefully before requesting a refund.
1. General Refund Terms

Refunds are processed within 2 to 3 weeks (14–21 business days) from the date of approval.

All refund requests must be submitted in writing to: 📧 info@travelsage.co.in with the reason for the requestand proof of payment.

Eligibility is based on the service type and how far along the process is at the time of the request.
2. Non-Refundable Services
Once initiated, the following services are non-refundable:

Visa appointment scheduling

OCI, Citizenship, and Indian Passport services

Power of Attorney or notary services
-
Document verification or translations
-
Any government, embassy, or third-party processing fee

Flight bookings (unless permitted by the airline’s policy)
⚠️ No refunds will be issued once a request has been submitted and processing has begun.
3. Partially Refundable Services
You may be eligible for a partial refund in the following cases:

Cancellation before processing starts

Required documents were not submitted on time

We determine that you are ineligible for the service due to external factors
💡 Processing charges, consultation fees, and admin costs will be deducted from the refundable amount.
4. Flight Ticket Refunds
Refunds for tickets and travel bookings are subject to airline or third-party policies. TravelSage can assist with the cancellation process but cannot guarantee a refund or its timeline from the carrier.
5. Duplicate Payments
If you are charged twice for the same service, notify us immediately. After verification, the excess payment will be refunded to your original payment method.
6. Mode of Refund
All refunds are credited to the original mode of payment. If this is no longer available, please notify us in writing to arrange an alternative.
7. Right to Refuse Refund
TravelSage reserves the right to deny refund requests if:

The request contradicts the terms of this policy

There is any sign of misuse, fraud, or incomplete disclosure

The service has already been completed as agreed
